  1. Romanian and foreign Officials, and representatives of the institutions hosting the Conference:

The Ambassadors to Romania of the State of Israel (His Excellency Mr. Dan Ben-Eliezer) and of the Arab Republic of Egypt (Her Excellency Mrs. Laila Ahmed Bahaa El Din) have been invited, together with the Military Attachés of the two countries. The Israeli Deputy Chief of Mission, Mrs. Shelly Hugler Livne has been invited as well. Both the Israeli Embassy and the Egyptian Embassy have confirmed their presence at the conference.

  • Mr. Dan A. Petre, Director General of the Romanian Diplomatic Institute, will host the opening ceremony.
  • Dr. Alexandru Florian, Director General of the "Elie Wiesel" National Institute for the Study of Holocaust in Romania have been invited and confirmed his presence.
